Carson joined STW Technic as President at the beginning of 2020. Carson has more than 20 years of experience in engineering and technology leadership and development roles. He is responsible for STW’s business in North America. Prior to STW, Carson worked at Bridgestone Americas as Director of Technology Products and Operations, U.S. and Canada. In this role, Carson developed next generation mobility solutions for Bridgestone’s commercial tire customers. Before Bridgestone, Carson was President of Wema Americas, a leading worldwide supplier of sensors for diesel fuel and emission control applications in heavy vehicles. There, he was responsible for managing Wema’s operations in North and South America. Carson has an Engineering degree with highest honors from Georgia Tech, a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
Julia H. Ceaser
VP of Finance & HR
Julia H. Ceaser-Bolster is Vice President of Finance, Administration and HR of STW. She was part of the original start up team that established STW Technic’s presence in the United States, coordinating a wide spectrum of activities involving Finance, Human Resources, IT, Administration and Logistics. Before joining STW, Julia worked with the German American Trade Center helping German companies understand and embrace the U.S. business culture. She was instrumental in the successful start up of many US Subsidiaries of German Companies including direct suppliers to BMW, Greer-SC and Mercedes, Tuscaloosa-AL as well as suppliers to Ciba Geigi in Georgia. Julia is originally from Kassel, Germany and lived in New York and New Orleans before moving to Atlanta.
Director of Sales & Marketing
John is STW Technic’s Director of Sales and Marketing. John has more than 20 years of experience in the mobile controls market and has an extensive knowledge of mobile machine application and design. He joined the machine automation world immediately after completing his EE degree at University of Central Florida and began work solving real world applications with OEMs and machine builders. His extraordinary success in technical sales resulted in subsequent promotions to branch and regional sales management during his 12 year tenure at IFM. When IFM entered the mobile controls marketplace, John was chosen to launch the effort and was key in building their business in this new area. Since joining our company in early 2010, John has had a tremendous impact on our success and continues to play a vital role in shaping the vision for STW Technic.
Director of Engineering & Product Development
Andres is responsible for heading our Engineering and Product Development teams at STW Technic, from training and testing to code development and product design. Originally from Colombia, relocated to Miami in 2003 and later transferred to Atlanta in 2008, Andres began his career at STW in 2011 as an Applications Engineer working on code development and designing applications for our customers. Since then, he has held positions in project management and engineering management within our company. Amongst other accomplishments, Andres has directed our IoT development efforts and implemented methodologies to improve our internal communications, customer support experience, and project management processes. As a visionary on efficiency, effective user experience, and great design, and in recognition of his technical and business skills, Andres was promoted to the role of STW’s Director of Engineering & Product Development in March of 2021. Andres has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a User Experience (UX) Design certification from the General Assembly.
