Overview

The M01 Analog pressure transmitter is designed especially for applications in mobile machines. The EMC characteristics as well as the shock and vibration resistance are engineered especially for the applications known for challenging ambient conditions - the field of mobile hydraulics, for example. With all STW sensors manufactured at an ISO/TS 16949-certified company - and the M01 having E1-approval, the excellent price to performance ratio makes this pressure transmitter choice for series production.

Maximum Connection Options

When selecting sensors, the customer tests the M01 just once for suitability, then defines further variants as needed, and can rely on having the same characteristics across the transmitter range. In defining these variants the customer can choose from an exceptionally high number of building blocks, with pressure ranges from 1 to 2000 bar, 20 different process connections, 9 electrical output types, 10 electrical connectors and safety options. This unique offering differentiates the M01 from all other transmitter ranges on the market.

Maximum Flexibility and Reliability

The M01-Analog has a compact and robust design for use in the harshest environments - mobile hydraulics, alternative drives (H2, CNG, LPG), and industrial sectors. With ECE type approval, UL recognition, and an IP67K, this is a pressure sensor designed for OEM needs. Various pressure and electrical connection options are available. Pressure connections include: G 1/4″ acc. (DIN 3852 Part 11), SAE04, SAE06, 1/4NPT, with others available on request. Electrical connections include M12 Connector, DT04-3P, DT04-4P, Bayonet (DIN 72585), and a cable output.
