Our History
German Engineering. Built for the US.
Founded in 2001, STW Technic was created to bring German-engineered technologies to the North American mobile machine market. From the beginning, our focus has been helping OEMs, integrators, and machine builders apply proven electronic solutions to demanding off-highway applications.
Advanced Solutions for Mobile Machines
Among our solutions are German-engineered products designed for the harsh environments and complex requirements of mobile machines. Our offering includes controllers, displays, sensors, I/O devices, telematics hardware, and software tools that help create more connected, intelligent, and reliable systems.

Leadership Team
Carson leads STW Technic's business, providing strategic direction across the organization while driving growth, innovation, and long-term customer partnerships. As part of the leadership team, he works to advance the company's vision by delivering best-in-class automation solutions for mobile machine manufacturers.
Since joining STW Technic in 2020, Carson has strengthened the company's market position and guided its continued expansion across North America.
Heide oversees STW Technic's financial strategy, accounting, and administrative operations, and HR functions, helping ensure the company is well positioned for sustainable growth. As part of the leadership team, she supports operational excellence and sound financial management.
Since joining STW Technic in 2023, Heide has strengthened the company's financial operations while supporting continued business growth and organizational development.
Andres leads STW Technic's product and technology strategy, ensuring the company's solutions continue to meet evolving customer needs while driving innovation, scalability, and cybersecurity. He works across the organization to align technology investments with long-term business objectives.
Since joining STW Technic in 2011, Andres has held multiple engineering and leadership roles before being appointed Chief Product & Technology Officer in 2025, where he now leads the company's product and technology vision.
